The 20-yard roll-off holds around 7-9 pickup truck loads full of debris. It’s great for shed renovations, large home remodeling projects, large home renovations, and small business renovations.
The 30-yard roll-off holds 10-12 pickup truck loads full of debris. It’s perfect for those major construction projects, semi-large home projects, large scale home remodeling, new home construction, window removal or siding replacement jobs, and large remodeling projects.
The 40-yard roll-off holds about 12-14 pickup truck loads full of debris. It’s reserved exclusively for large building remodeling or construction projects and large commercial projects.

RULES WHEN RENTING DUMPSTERS
Never place any hazardous items into the roll-off dumpster rental. This includes tires, mattresses, box springs, electronics, televisions, batteries, explosives, flammable items, aerosol cans, anti-freeze, car fluids, oil, gasoline, liquid paint, paint cans, fluorescent lights, propane tanks, medical waste, animal parts, pesticides, and herbicides.
Do not move a roll-off dumpster or portable toilet once it has been placed on your property. Our staff are trained to move our products safely. If something comes up where you need a product moved or swapped out, then give us a call and let us handle it for you.
Overloading of roll-off dumpsters is prohibited. Please call us to swap out your rental with a new one once you see that debris is filling up towards the container’s brim. Overfilled dumpsters can cause added weight fees and possible delays in a smooth swap.
HOW CAN YOU BE BEST PREPARED
FOR RENTING A ROLL-OFF?
First things first. If this is your first time renting, make sure you reserve the correct size dumpster to collect your project’s waste. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to call our customer service representatives.
Don’t forget to be prepared for delivery day. That means making sure you have a hard, flat surface, such as concrete, cleared off for the dumpster roll-off to be placed on. You do not have to be there on delivery day, but you can request that we call you once your product has successfully been delivered to the worksite.

WORKSITE SPACE MATTERS

Our 30-yard and 40-yard roll-offs have a larger footprint. Make sure you have a hard, flat surface measuring at least 21 feet long by 8 feet wide for these two roll-offs. Because of the way workers unload the roll-off when it is being delivered, we recommend customers have at least double the footprint size for the 40-yard roll-off.
PORTABLE TOILETS
Russel’s Roll-Off Rentals also rents out portable toilets, which are ideal for creating a safe, clean place for your workers to use the restroom without leaving the construction site. Portable toilets are also great for public and private events, festivals, parties, and school functions.
Customers can choose from standard and ADA compliant handicap accessible portable toilets. Each toilet can accommodate about 45 people before another temporary bathroom is needed on the premises. They always come clean with two rolls of toilet paper and toilet bowl sanitizer. Service trucks will come by weekly to restock supplies, clean the facility, and pump out any mess.
